With the touch of poka dot and the smashing flare skirt

you will grab anyones attention!

I personally H-A-T-E poka dots but I would

die to have this shirt!

The high waisted skirt is a must have!

If you are wanting a small waist go for a high waisted skirt!

Isn't the black bow belt cute? I adore it!

Putting together this outfit, I have to say was

difficult! The hardest part was staying in budget!
